Kabba is the Founder/Chairman of the RI Reds FC, he is also Currently the Director of Amateur Soccer for the State of Rhode Island, Kabba was the State Head Coach of the Rhode Island State U23 team for 7 years where he revitalizes the U23 program which motivated him to Create the Reds FC. He coached the Reds from its First season in 2012 to 2015 by building the foundation of the soccer culture of the Reds. In 2016 Kabba resign from its Head Coaching role to spend more time developing The Reds. Kabba was the Assistant head Coach for Shea High School for 5 years leading them to 3 semi-Finals, 1 Quarter Final and in 2015 15-0 season. Kabba was also selected 3 years in a row to Coach the NPSL Northeast Showcase Team.

Kabba has been involve in organize sports all his life as a high school student he trains and participated in International Track and Field events in the African Sub continent as a Sprinter for the Gambian Junior National Team, he also played soccer for the Amdalaye Football Club in the Gambia Raining Season League before moving to the United States for his studies.

While in the United States, Kabba played as a midfielder and captain the Dolleh United FC to the 1996 State Cup and winner of the International Soccer League the same year. Kabba also played and captain Barcelona FC(RI) an Amateur team at the Providence Soccer league for 4 years both Outdoors and Indoors.

Ruben Paz President, RI Reds FC, Ruben Paz joined the Rhode Island Reds FC in 2014 as Vice-President, in 2017 became RI Reds FC President. Ruben is a native of the Madragoa neighborhood in Lisbon, Portugal. Played football and Team Handball for several clubs before moving the States.

Speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English.

He’s in charge of player acquisition, scouting and overseas club relations. With his connections in Portugal the RI Reds FC have been able to send players every season to play in Portugal.

Ruben is Straight Edge. He supports SL Benfica, HNK Hajduk Split and Saint Pauli and blames his grandpa for being a Benfica Ultra.


Michael Simeone V.P Community Outreach/ Marketing - Michael joined the Reds in 2018 as the V.P of Community Outreach and Marketing. Previously to his role with the Reds, Michael help run the Reds Supporters Group The Gaspee Elite. A native Rhode Islander, he has been an active supporter of soccer since 2010 when he was dragged to a New England Revolution Match and fell in love with the sport and the people around it.

Micahel's main roles with the club are to handle the day to day marketing and social media of the organization. He also works with different non-profit organization to help spread their message through the sport of soccer.

Michael is an avid New England Revolution, Liverpool, and Juventus supporter.
